Creating a Pro account on La Vitrine
La Vitrine’s Pro Zone is for any professional, public or private cultural and/or artistic organization that offers cultural shows or activities in Québec.
Yes, you can create an account as an independent artist in the Pro Zone to post your events on La Vitrine. If you would like to use the same e-mail address, you will still have to create a professional account. Go to the tab Account and log in to your account. Then click on Sign up in My Account and follow the steps. If, however, you would like to use a different e-mail address from the one associated with your professional account, you will need to create an account with this address and follow the same steps by clicking on Sign up.

Your event probably appears on La Vitrine’s calendar because the ticket office of the venue is integrated with La Vitrine. Their event catalogue is set up through regular automatic imports.

Yes, you have to create a professional account to connect to the Pro Zone. The Pro Zone was created, first and foremost, to cater to the needs of organizations. You will need to complete your organization’s profile even if you are the contact person.
La Vitrine has to validate your registration application to ensure it meets eligibility criteria and that the proper information has been provided. Once your Pro Zone registration is approved, you can submit your events to include on the cultural calendar. The validation process can take up to three (3) working days.

Registering an event or an exhibition through the Pro Zone
Go to Lavitrine.com for consumers and try searching there. Or go to your Pro Zone, and when you start the steps for submitting an event, you’ll be asked to verify if your event already exists on the platform via a search tool. If it already exists, you’ll be able to see the event description and associated performances that are already registered.
