Grand Theatre de Quebec
A performing arts venue since 1971, the Grand Théâtre de Québec provides a home for major organizations, fosters access to various forms of performing arts, and promotes artistic and cultural life on a provincial scale.
Every year, the stages of the Grand Théâtre welcome the greatest artists from here and abroad. In December 2020, the Grand Théâtre will seal an ambitious ten-year partnership of over $5 million with TELUS to promote the performing and digital arts in Quebec City.
From its inauguration in 1971 to the present day, three resident organizations - L'Opéra de Québec, Orchestre symphonique de Québec and Trident - present shows annually on the Grand Théâtre's various stages.
